Refund policy

At Sumud, every piece we offer is made with heart, care, and purpose. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
We will request clear photos of the issue, and once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Custom preferences

We encourage you to check the sizing guide carefully before ordering.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier and the shipment is returned to our supplier, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our supplier, we can arrange reshipping at your expense.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
